It handles the creation and management of brands / companies, flights, stock, crew, currencies, exchange rates and every aspect of the flight sales information.
It controls all pre-flight activities, such as the creation of pick lists, packing
instructions and despatch notes. Additionally the post-flight activities such as stock, cash and card payment reconciliations and crew commissions payable are controlled through the NovoStar back office.
Our back office allows all of this to be handled in a Desktop, or Tablet
environment. It also provides the mechanism for integration to other Airline, Airport and Third party systems. All back office data can be fed directly into these systems. Airlines can easily generate reports and dashboards to drill down into any aspect of the on-board experience.
